First you need to start with two bases, one on the left and one on the right. The bases are the ones that help hold you up in the air. You also need a back spot. Your back spot is their to hold your ankles while you are up in the air, this helps with the flyers support. The back spot is also their to make sure the flyer dosn't fall backwards, and if she does the bock spot is their to catch her. Most important you need your flyer. The flyer needs to be ready to jump into both bases hands. To be ready she has to make sure she is on the ball of her toes, shes leaned forward, but not too much, and knows she can make her feet into the bases hands and is very tight up in the air. For any kind of stunt you can also use a frontspot. The front spot is basically like the back spot but unlike the back spot you dont have to have a front. They're to help support the flyer, makes sure she dosn't fall forward, and if she does they are their to catch her. This is all important things to rememeber when doing a half and makes for a perfect one also.
