LIB

cheer

When basing a lib their are two kinds of bases. Their is the main base then their is the second base. The main base bases like a regular extension (full). You grab the toes and the heel off her foot with your wrists facing eachother and your fingertips gripping the toes of your flyer. The second base does the sandwitch, which is right hand under her foot and left hand on top. This is to do a right lib. When doing a left lib you just to the opposite. Then you just pull up bringing your body under her leg so the weight can travel through your body. For back spotting, before going into a lib you've got to make sure you place your left hand on her butt, like it's a chair and right hand on her ankle, this is to do a right lib. If doing a left lib you do the opposite. When going into the lib push as hard as you can with your left hand on her butt and when she's up enough that you can't push on her butt grab her ankle with your left hand as well. The flyer then has a choice of what to do with her her other leg up in the air, but still has to stay tight. This makes for a perfect lib.
